Loyalty Home Health Care will accept payments from Private Pay clients, Insurance providers and PA Waivers. For billing arrangements, please call 412-727-8222.

Eligibility for insurance coverage applies and will be evaluated prior to starting with home care.

Clients who are eligible with PA waivers, service will be provided at no cost.
